Yes! Our breads are made 100% of sourdough. We do not offer hybrid bakes.

The process of baking these bread and baked goods can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days, depending on the type of bread or baked goods. Our fermentation process averages 18 hours, but it can be longer as well. Due to the timeframe of our baking processes, we will require at least 3 days for any pre-orders or customisation.
Sourdough bread has a slightly tangy taste. But if you prefer your sourdough bread to have flavours in it, you can opt to try our flavoured bread, or those with dried fruits, nuts and even chocolate chips!

Yes, we do offer softer sourdough bread, so do let us know if you would like to pre-order. Contact us for more options!

Yes, please place any pre-orders or customised orders at least 3 days in advance. We require sufficient time to prepare the dough accordingly.

Yes, we deliver across Singapore. Delivery charges are stated as below.
All locations outside of CBD areas – $10 (per location)
All locations within the CBD area – $15 (per location)
Orders can also be picked up in-store at 153 Joo Chiat Road (℅ Okada Coffee and Sweets) every Thursdays to Sundays, from 2pm – 6pm.

As sourdough baked goods is a time-consuming process, I try to get some rest on Mondays, and on Tuesdays, I brainstorm for new ideas and plan for the coming week. Wednesdays are dedicated to prepping for the week’s bakes!
