Start of the Journey

Straight white, yeasted.

I wouldn’t say now is the beginning. The beginning was probably in 2013, when I watched Mark Bitman on TV for the first time. And googled his recipe for Dutch Oven bread. And bought the book “Artisan bread in 5 Minutes a Day”. Back then it was so easy (it still is). Flour, water, salt, yeast. Put them together, and the next day, into the Dutch Oven and tahdahhhh, I had my first home made artisan bread. Super satisfying.


That was the beginning!
